If the initial examination, once injected into the electrolyte, such as the discovery of cracks, the loss is difficult to recover. There are four reasons:
(1) the KELONG battery case is broken by the electrolyte, and can not be cleaned with clean water, and the adhesive surface can not reach the cleaning degree of the bonding process.
(2) when the electrolyte is injected into the lead acid battery, the reaction of the polar plate occurs, and the lead-acid battery has been damaged by vulcanization in the time of the sticking and repairing work. The lead-acid battery is placed in a well ventilated place, and the electrolyte is injected into the electrolyte. The lower the temperature of the lead-acid battery, the higher the temperature of the liquid will cause the thermal damage of the battery.
(3) KELONG battery inside a plastic partition and housing is easily deformed, PVC plastic board will intensify its degradation in high temperature, release of chloride ions, damage the battery plate.
(4) the lead-acid storage battery plate alloy is mostly lead antimony alloy, high temperature will cause the crystallization heat dislocation, so that its corrosion resistance is reduced, so the working temperature of lead-acid batteries are usually delineated below 45 degrees C. The lower the temperature of the electrolyte, the lower the temperature rise of the lead-acid battery, the smaller the possibility of thermal damage to the lead-acid battery.
Maintenance method for daily use of KELONG storage battery:
1, KELONG battery must always keep the surface clean.
2, do not let any foreign impurities into the battery.
3, the terminal contacts must be reliable, if necessary, can be coated with Vaseline, the terminal can not be screwed too large, to ensure that the terminal is clean, to prevent terminal corrosion.
4, check the exhaust plug or seal on the exhaust hole, it must be kept unobstructed at any time to prevent blockage caused by explosion.
5, open the battery to pay attention to the height of the liquid surface, regular fill (pure water or distilled water), do not let the plate and the diaphragm exposed surface.
6, the electrolyte must be adjusted to normal height, and can only be carried out at the end of battery charging.
7, electrolyte temperature shall not exceed 45 DEG C or refer to the manufacturer's instructions.
8, charging current shall not exceed the specified value, the general constant current charging current is 0.1C20, the current limit of constant voltage current charging is generally 0.25 C20.
9, no disassembly indicator, such as loose, can use the appropriate tool clockwise for mandatory detention.
10, gradually check the battery electrolyte level is higher than the plate about 10 ~ 15mm, if the lack of liquid, add distilled water or purified water.
11, when the engine is running, do not disconnect the battery circuit.
12, to ensure that the terminal and the card head contact is good, the battery terminal is strictly prohibited.
13, in the car to charge the battery, to remove the battery positive and negative connection line.
14, positive and negative cable connector, do not take the counter, otherwise it will damage the vehicle electrical equipment.
