Generally, there is a simulation diagram on the display panel of each Kehua UPS power supply, as shown in Figure 1: Figure 1 Kehua UPS simulation diagram shows that the UPS has three working states,

I In the normal state, the mains power is normal. The mains power is first rectified (AC to DC) to charge the battery

Generally, each Kehua UPS will have a simulation diagram on the display panel, as shown in Figure 1:

From this figure, we can see that UPS has three working states, namely:

1. Normal state


At this time, the mains power is normal. The mains power is first rectified (AC to DC) to charge the battery. At the same time, the rectified mains power is converted into AC power through inverter to supply power for the load.

2. Battery powered

When the mains power fails, Kehua UPS automatically switches to the battery (via the inverter) to supply power for the load; When the mains power is restored, it will automatically switch to the normal state to supply power to the load.



In both cases, the load is protected. That is, UPS outputs clean and stable 220V AC power (actually, it outputs 380V three-phase power, which provides 220V power for the load through the combination of live wire and neutral wire).



3. Bypass status



When the Kehua UPS power supply fails, it will directly jump to the bypass state, which is equivalent to that the mains directly supplies power to the load. At this time, the load is still powered, but the input voltage is no longer clean and stable 220V.



2、 Add a maintenance bypass to shut down



Whether it is to start or shut down the machine, we should pay attention to two points. The first point is that we must not connect the mains power (AC power) with the AC power output through the inverter. Because there is a pressure difference between the two lines, even the phase sequence may be inconsistent, so the equipment may be destroyed after being connected to the load at the same time; The second point is that we should ensure that the load is uninterrupted during these operations.
