Harmfulness of KELONG UPS Power Supply on-load Start-up and Shut-down


The voltage retention value of UPS power supply is the lowest, but the basic relationship between terminal voltage and discharge current is tight, discharge current is small, terminal voltage is high, and the more practical capacity is released when the minimum protection value is reached. Therefore, the lightweight operation of UPS should prevent discharge to the lowest protection value as far as possible before closing the appearance. On the other hand, long delay UPS should increase the protection value of lower discharge voltage appropriately.

The initiation function of UPS is not delayed, and the initiation is very simple at the beginning, burning the final driver of the inverters. When starting, the operation of the control circuit has not yet entered a stable state, and a large surge current will occur at the moment of starting. After all, the driving elements are unacceptable. This is especially true for UPS using MOS transistors as driving elements. When the load contains electrical load, the load closure will also cause damage to the driving elements after all. Therefore, this is not an emergency, don't take initiation and shutdown.

Stop Using Oscilloscope to Investigate Control Circuit Waveform of 5UPS Inverter in Normal Operation

Inverter is the core component of KELONG UPS power supply. When the inverter is in operation, do not use oscilloscopes and other tests to discuss the waveform of the control circuit. Due to the results of the test, although extra care should be taken, it is difficult to prevent the touch of the pen and the closing point, and even more difficult to prevent changes in the operation of the circuit due to the contact connection. Assuming that the circuit operates abnormally, after all, there is a risk of burnout of the driving elements.
